Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

Yes, you read that right, 2016 is the year that we all board the Hogwarts Express and make our final journey into the wonderful world of Harry Potter and his magical friends. With the release of the stage play, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, being released in book form.

Originally written solely for the stage, Rowling and co-authors Jack Thorne & John Tiffany, are set to release the script in book form. For those of us not lucky enough to make it to London are still able to experience this new story from the comfort of our favourite armchair.

The story begins where the last book in the series left off, with Harry, Hermione and Ron working at the Ministry of Magic and dealing with the pressures of Wizarding life. But will also include the ‘untold part’ of Harry’s story as well as more information on his parents and their untimely death.

This new addition to the series will be Harry Potter as we have never seen him before, in play format and with an increasingly jaded outlook on middle-age life.

This is definitely one for the older generation of Harry Potter enthusiasts, those of us still waiting for our Hogwarts letters.

The release date is July 31, 2016, get your pre-order in now and secure your copy of what is sure to be this year’s best-selling release.
